A monthly radio residency on London’s Balamii Radio hosted by Islam, and aired between 2022 and 2024, Odd Selects is a space for deep listening and discovery. Each episode explores a specific theme, weaving together tracks that span jazz, soul, hip-hop, folk, experimental sounds, and beyond. From timeless favourites to unexpected finds, the show offers a narrative journey shaped around mood and idea. Some of the episode themes were: Music for the Sun, Brazilian music, Dub music, an episode dedicated to Palestine, shoegaze, SoundCloud edits, and more.
